I continuously provided fresh and feasible product designs while building strong, positive working relationships with cross-functional team members.

 

The Ideation to Completion Process:

Founded in trend and consumer insights research, I built mood boards, designed product and planned retail experiences to surprise & delight our customers while keeping development feasibility, cost and timeline in mind.

This process included many months of cross-functional presentations, negotiations and pivots until I had gained buy-in from essentially all business functions on the product assortment.
